Getting Started

Signing up

  1. First, purchase a plan with IL4 or IL5 included.

  2. Select the appropriate URL for your impact level:

  3. The Platform One page displays. If you don't have a Platform One account, click Click here and follow the instructions for creating a new account.

  4. Enter your Username or email and Password and click MFA Log In.

    Follow the instructions for establishing your MFA. Then enter your Six digit code or link your CAC and click MFA Log In.

  5. Enter the license key your Inkit sales representative provided you in the Sign Up with a License Key dialog box and click Continue.

    Note: If we have already set up an account for you, you will skip this step.

After signing up for Inkit, you will sign in using the Platform One credentials you created during the sign up process.

Adding your team

To add your team to your account, do the following:

Note: You must register your team on Platform One before they can access Inkit

  1. In the Inkit web app, select Settings in the left sidebar and click the Organization tab. Then click Add Users in the Users panel.

  2. In the Add User dialog box, enter the Email of the user and select their Roles from the dropdown box and click Add User.

  3. The added users can now access Inkit by navigating to the appropriate URL for their impact level.
