Adding Digital Signature blocks to a PDF template

To add a Digital Signature block to your PDF template, do the following:

  1. Create a PDF template.

  2. In the PDF Editor, click the Digital Signature tab.

    Select a signer from the Signer drop down.

    In the Digital Signature dialog box, navigate to the Fields panel on the left and choose one of the following field types:

    • Signature
    • Initial
    • Date Signed
    • CAC
    • Textbox

    Under Fields, drag the Digital Signature field to where you want it. You can resize it by dragging one of the four corners of it. Optionally, you can add compatible Autofill Fields and Input Fields.

    To add another signer click + Add signer.

    Finally, click Save.

  3. Save the template.
